STAR-Ghana is a Multi-donor (EU, DANIDA, USAID and DFID) funded programmer, which addresses the need to increase civil society and parliamentary influence in Ghana to foster better governance of public goods and services. In doing so, it aims to develop efficient and transparent mechanisms, which can link civil society with and to the actions of government, traditional authorities and private enterprise.

This Documentary tells the STAR-Ghana story from its inception in 2010 till date. It explores socio-economic issues across key thematic areas including Education, Health, Democratic Governance, Access to Justice, Oil and Gas among several others and puts them in STAR-Ghana spectrum of Transparency and Responsiveness.
